New Orleans will be the only city he does not tour on foot. He'll be touring Biloxi & Mobile on foot, but only flying over NOLA, and eventually speaking at the NOLA Airport. The Secret Service would never let Bush go on the ground downtown.

There seems to be confusion about it because the international cnn just said the plan changed and he will land in New Orleans instead of just flying over it. He is stupid enough to tour downtown so maybe something will happen to our worthless leader. Better yet, I hope he has a briefing with Nagin as he is doing right now in Mobile. The briefing in Mobile is the biggest circle jerk I've ever seen.
